you know.. i've been having mini problems with my weight.
i recently lost lots of it, but there's those few chunks left over.
i learned that you can't really lose weight FAST, but there is an easy way!
in the past month, i have lost 20 pounds without all those dumb diets and fake ads...
the secret to my success was that i eat at 8 am, 12 p.m, 4pm, and 8pm in portions that are half the size of what i would usually eat.
that really cuts down my claories, but i can still make it through the day and be healthy. also, i can eat whatever i want, and still lose the weight. the best thing to drink is only water: u need to drink about 8 cups a day and continue eating healthily because the water flushes out all the nasty toxins that have built up in ur body through the years from candy and junk food. the water will clean all that up and u shouldn't eat that stuff anyways. so it's good that u've already layed off the junk food!
the last part to my success was simple exercise. it only takes me about 10 minutes everynight! and i am looking pretty in shape now, if i do say so myself!
anyways, i do four simple exercises, and if they don'how to lose weight fast for freet make sense in the way i
ll explain them, u can always look up something similar on the web.
the first one is called the bicycle.
you lay down on ur back with ur feet up and knees bent. then u rotate sides pulling ur left elbow towards ur right knee and then ur right elbow tomards ur left knee. left to right, and then right to left is one rep.
a beginner should start with doing about 15 reps, and gradually increase about 5 every week. this exercise gets rid of the exess belly flab on ur tummy and soon it will be toned without the actual abs.
the good thing about this exercise is that it will make ur body in shape long.
the other exercise was to lay on ur right side, extend ur legs straight, and lift the left leg 60 times and then switch to ur left side and lift ur right leg 60 times... feel the burn! this will pull in ur thighs and help ur overall appearance.
last but not least, lie flat on ur back and lift ur legs striahgt up about 6 inches and then bring them down but don't touch the floor. repeat that 5 times and gradually increase. this also helps ur abs.
oh, i almost forgot, lie flat on ur back, bend ur knees and using ur ab muscles, raise urself off the floor about 3 inches. then extend ur arms straight along ur body and touch ur left heel then ur right heel for one rep. this helps tone urhow to lose weight fast for free abs. do this about 10 times, and then gradually increase every week. in about a month, u'll ahve great results that last!

It is a possibility to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly. Don't drink juice. Juice has a lot of calories for the nutritional value. Most juice is all sugar, natural or added. If your juice isn't 100% fruit juice, it is no better than soda.
The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. That is free, but not easy or fast.

Im very passionate about music. Music is my escape from everything, it just makes me happy. I want to start writting songs. Im a good writer but not good at poetry. I play the piano and drums. Also, baseball and Barry's career is not "tainted", nor did he disgrace the sport, because last I saw, people still attend games and could care less about controversy because HR's are what put people into the seats!
If only people could provide solid proof that people commit such crimes, so that questions like these can be at least 1/2 as believeable.....

I did my own calculations some time ago and came up with a home run figure somewhere in the 580's. I think you're estimate is right on! He would have easily reached the hall of fame without the need of drugs. Unfortunately his ego got the best of him and now he finds himself on the outside looking in. As far as I'm concerned he should never have the privlige of being elected into the hall of fame.

lowes and walmart same companyWalmart, Kmart ,homedepot, lowes.?
This is for the real workers of company's like Homedepot,Lowe's,Kmart,Walmart. that are not assistant or store managers , or Human resource. that work for any of these company's.have you`ve notice that it takes anywhere from 2 yrs to 3 1/2 to 4 years to make a one dollar raise? but they work the aprons off your chest and because of the economy you better do what your told and do it when I say attitude. everything has gone up but your raise. heck didn't minimum wage is up? how many people out there work for these company's feel the same way, and what do you think can be done to make thing`s right.

I run 2 very popular sports blogs at mmafightvideos.blogspot.com and ultimatemma.blogspot.com, now when I first started out I used to get alot of hits from people searching for a specific fight like "chuck liddell vs randy couture". Now I don't get any of those hits because my post headlines don't show up like every other blog. My headlines show in the descriptioultimate video search enginen on the search result and not in the headline, thus I lose a ton of rank. It makes me mad when people get trashed and critisized cuz they had an affair. Yes, it is wrong that they did it. but there are reasons why people have affairs, it doesn't always make them a bad person. I myself, like to be non judgemental, If someone told me they had an affair, I would listen to why they did so, not automatically jump to condemning them for the affair. people always just assume that a person is bad or evil for having an affair, but they never stop to look at all the details, about why the person did what they did, and the reasons. all Im saying is people shouldn't b e so quick to judge, people are not just good or bad. most people are just inbetween and people make mistakes. why are people out there so mean and judgmental. Now that I am 2 moths in after being faithful for 15 years, I'll not cast stones. I never thought I would cheat, but look at me now! Problem with affairs is that the people that have them blame everybody but themselves. then they get guilt problems and they share their affair with their partner which is dumping the problem on their shoulders, I confessed,or was found out, (which is intentional by the way) and now what are you going to do about it. People that cheat have no respect for themselves. But most of cheaters say they have problems else where. There is no good reason to cheat. So if I hear all the typical excuses I do become judgemental, and I can, be becuase I choose not to cheat. I have too much respect for myself to go down this road.

The latest Tool was most excellent and the Perfect Circle stuff he's done over the past few years has also been real good. This new Puscifer stuff has a different sound but its grows on you. I was wondering if anyone heard if there's an album.

Unfortunately for you though, it looks as though the PUSCIFER banner is meant to encompass all of Maynard's creative efforts outside of Tool as opposed to being a collective entity, or "band". There's latest a perfect circle newssome interesting things on the site, though, that are definitely worth checking out. But I don't think any albums will be released under that moniker.

hurt lettersWhat is the name of the old alphabet book where the letters get hurt?
I want to find my childhood favorite alphabet book. There weren't many words on each page, like many alphabet books, but on the left hand side were the words, and on the right hand were the pictures. Each picture featured one 3D looking letter standing on a stage and getting hurt in some weird way. I can't remember any of the specifics, but It basically explained what happened to each letter, such as the "S got sawed" (that's an example, not something actually out of the book, I don't hurt lettersthink). Please help if anyone remembers!

I am 15 years old. Well I have a lying addiction. I started 3 years ago and its spiraled. I now feel guilty and want to stop. I've tried to but sometimes I don't even realize it. I know the root of my problem is I go to a private school but I'm not as rich and i lie about the places I've been because people make fun of me if I don't. So I’ve realized that I HATE many things about myspace… here's a few of the reasons why...

He then told me he'd call me back when he get's in his car. He called me and told me he had plans with his Grandpa and asked me if I wanted him to come back to his house to chill with me or go see his grandpa. I told him to come back and chill with me. How can he make plans with his grandpa when he knew I wanted to hang out that day? I know family comes first but he knew I wanted to hang out with him before his Grandpa came into the picture. He never mentioned his Grandpa at all until I told him I was at his house. I asked him on the phone before we hung up if he got my text message asking in the message.."If he felt better?" and he said in response..."You did?" Then I said..."Yeah" Then he said..." Let me check it...Oh yeah you did!". How can my boyfriend forget that I texted him? He came home while he was on the phone with his Grandpa. He started to talk about his work with his Grandpa then he told his Grandpa this..."I'm sorry Grandpa that I can't make it, I just got home" . He hung up the phone afterwards. He then told me I looked good. I felt so bad so I then decided to tell my boyfriend this..."I feel bad that you wanted to see your Grandpa, why don't we both see him?" He then said this..."I'm not going to call my Grandpa and and reschedule again that would be rude and plus your not invited!" What he meant by that was this, it’s rude to invite you out of nowhere. OK, for me he seems really weird!! cause when a guy start making a lot of excuses is because something is going on...I had a bf long time ago, and i was working, and he was off that day, he said that he was going to be at home, doing laundry blah blah blah,,,, and, i wasn't feeling well, so i took half of my day off, and i went to his house, and when i came in, i saw my ex, kissing another girl... i was so upset!! and i left... he ran behind me, and until now, he stills call me and everything, but i'm engaged with another guy, so... i think u should be careful on what u ask... just be prepared, anything can happen... but be smart... don't ask him so many questions, that makes them lie even more, just let him, he will fall on everything by himself, and the is going to be too late, because u already knew... I think that you are over reacting. Boys usually say things without having a deeper meaning. I think when he mentioned those other girls, he didn't really mean anything by it. And your whole dilemma about if he actually went to see his grandfather or not... it doesn't really matter. I don't think that he was acting sneaky at all. You should try to trust him a little more. If he shows actual signs of cheating, then you have a right to be angry. Don't mention this to him because he will feel like you don't trust him, and he will feel like a prisoner when he makes future plans. He might lie to you in the future just to get you out of his hair! And the texting thing... I forget when people text me all the time. Hope I helped.

Um well personally I don't see any signs of cheating here. It seems like you're very suspicious of him in everything he does, even the little things. As with the phone thing I set my alarm but I never wake up either so I don't think it meant anything. And I thitop 5 signs of a cheating boyfriendnk the reason why he didn't receive your text until later was because he was probably sleeping and when he woke up he didn't check his phone until you called him and asked about it. Don't worry too much unless he's had some cheating in the past..
oh wow.. this is really hard to decide.. i dont know how to catch cheating.. possiblity there is.. because it does sound very suspicious..
