Who uses it, how often and how long have you been using it?
Has there been any problems while using it?

Yes i use limewire...just like a week ago...only downloaded like 10 songs so far...and ive heard things lol.
Also what exactly do you do to download your songs...

Hey, I wouldn't use LimeWire if I were you, it is illegal and full of malware and spyware (basically viruses) so you should get FrostWire...it is better than LimeWire and is 100% legal (www.frostwire.com) you can get torrents from www.mininova.org and open them with FrostWire... Torrents are the way to go!

im sorry to burst some peoples bubble but frostwire is a torrent and torrents ARE illegal. the program might not be a torrent so it says its legal but it contains torrents.

-Most of the people in the world who knows about limewire and like downloading for free. I been using it for about 5 year since I was asked to downlod songs.

Has there been any problems while using it?
- Yes there is, mostly, you get virus when using limewire.You may be sued if you dlimewireownloaded something not good.

- You can use proxy. And never download a copyrighted materials.

- If you have downloaded a copyrighted softwares, etc...

Are there other sites to download from that will decrease your chance of getting caught?
-If you really likes downloading illegaly, there is no safer sites on this. Just be careful on what you are downloading.

What exactly do you do to download your songs?
-I like music and I love to listen to it. I sometimes give it to my friends and also they sometimes ask me to download songs for them.

Lot's of people use Lime-wire including me, I've been using it a couple of years now, mostly for music although I have downloaded a couple of programs there too & Movies...Although now when I want a Movie I just go to There all new movies and can be streamed or sometimes downloaded, so that saves me from going to Limewire for Movies. I've downloaded countless amounts of music throughout the years from limewire. Just for my own personal use though..
For the rest of your question about downloading songs, when you download songs from limewire they go directly into your library. Go there click 'Explore button' that will show you exactly what you've downloaded. If you want to put them in your mp3 or i-pod just drag and drop them in! Connect your mp3 Or i-pod>>Open my computer>>you will see your i-pod there>>open up Limewire>>Go to Library>>Then explore>>thlimewireen drag the song you want to your i-pod. What I do to my downloaded songs is put them unto my i-pod. I hope this is what you meant and it helps you! :-)
Lol well U and I very well know, if you are downloading any stuff for free there might be chances that someone might trace you as you are connected too. However there is a fair usage policy which does exist. If you download loads and loads there are chances they might try and trace you. However if its petty things like songs and stuff they won't bother unless those songs or stuff are related to terrorism or smuggling or selling against copyrights. About problems yes you might download some trojans or adwares or malwares as its a open p2p. To be safe from that just remember while scrolling through the list of searches just hold your mouse pointer on the file and if its genuine it should give U a tip box.If U don't ... avoid downloading that file.Decreasing chances of getting caught is using a software to hide your real ip. I too use frostwire- I used to use limewire but I got sick of all the random porn stuff that comes up when I search songs. Frostwire is better, and its legal! Limewire is full of viruses, but when you use it there is a slim to none chance of getting caught.
I use Limewire to download songs for my own use.
I do not burn them to sell.
I do share some of my downloads but not all.
