Whenever I leave Yahoo Mail, it crashes my Mozilla Firefox browser. It's so annoying when I have several tabs open and I forget and try to check my mail! Anyone else having this problem, or know any fixes / workarounds? It happens on two machines, one at work, one at home. At work it's an XP machine, the only plugin is Firebug. At home it's a Vista machine, firefox plugins firebugthe only plugin is NoScript. I'm tempted to rule out OS, browser version and plugins as the cause.
The problem may be "NoScript". Be sure it is not on for Yahoo Mail. It may be blocking needed scripts. Many addons cause problems. I had problems with Adblock Plus and Yahoo Mail until a revision to the block file was made. BTW: I recommend Adblock Plus as firefox plugins firebuga great addon for Firefox.

The Firebug extension caused the same problem for me. I disabled it for www.yahoo.com and haven't had a crash since.
The beta version of Firebug 1.1 fixes this problem! Go get it at http://www.getfirebug.com/
