I am 95% its French.. the beginning is a happy sounding kind of accordian sound.. and then i think its a man singing what seems like a very simplistic verse over i like dance french songand over again... its pretty recent Id say. Heard it for the first time a month or two ago (but it could have come out sooner)

Could you gii like dance french songve more details, such as where you heard it? Are you in Canada? the States? in England? accordion is often used in french songs, so that is not helping out.
