The Windows on Windows 64 update concerns only people who have a 32 bit system and wish to go to some 64 bit software. If you have a 64 bit syadobe flash player vista 64stem, WOW 64 does you no good.
you yould be able to download it now, thanks to vistas WOW (windows on windows 64), at least it works for my vista 64-bit laptop.
