okay so i went to download a video from a website and there were basically 2 options. a regular download, or an mp4 download. so my question is basically what imp4 downloads the difference? is on higher quality?
Quality is about the same. the key is what you will be using the video for. Some formats may be easier to utilize in vmp4 downloadideo editing/converting programs. Some may be more compatible in certain video players or cell phones.
It all depends on what the final use will be for.
